Wir nehmen Pornos mit nach Hause: Schaut mit uns Super 8 und VHS für den Heimgebrauch an der Universität. Zunächst gibt es ein buntes, wild gemischtes Programm aus dem 8mm-Bestand der Universität Paderborn: Von kurzen Loops und Glamour-Peepshows über Nudisten- und Aufklärungsfilme bis hin zu animierten Kuriositäten und komprimierten Digests. Die Auswahl liegt bei euch: Mittags öffnen wir ab 12:30 Uhr im Heinz Nixdorf Forum die Türen zu unserem Archiv, wo ihr selbst durch die Schachteln stöbern und entscheiden könnt, was am Nachmittag auf der Leinwand zu sehen sein wird (siehe die Veranstaltung Raiding the Archive).
Doch damit nicht genug: Im Anschluss verwandeln wir das Campus-Filmlabor in ein improvisiertes Porno-Wohnzimmer der 1980er Jahre, komplett mit verruchter VHS-Kiste, Röhrenfernseher und Sofa-Atmosphäre. Dort könnt ihr euch wie damals vor dem Videorekorder zusammensetzen, gemeinsam aus den Kassetten auswählen und den gefundenen Schatz um 18:00 Uhr in kleiner, gemütlicher Runde genießen.
We’re taking porn home with us: Join us in watching Super 8 and VHS films for home use at the university. First up is a colorful, wildly mixed program from the 8mm collection of the University of Paderborn: From short loops and glamour peep shows to nudist and sex education films to animated curiosities and condensed digests. The choice is yours: at 12:30 p.m., we will open the doors to our archive at the Heinz Nixdorf Forum, where you can rummage through the boxes yourself and decide what will be shown on the screen in the afternoon (see also the event RAIDING THE ARCHIVE).
But that’s not all: afterwards, we’ll transform the Campus Film Lab into an improvised 1980s porn living room, complete with a wicked VHS box, tube TV, and sofa atmosphere. There, you can sit down together in front of the VCR, choose from the cassettes, and enjoy the treasure you’ve found at 6 p.m. in a cozy group setting.
